Step into our barn and you’ll feel the difference. Open, airy, and thoughtfully designed for 31 horses, each stall includes a back window, sliding doors, and partitions that let horses see and interact with friends while staying relaxed. Central fans and bright lighting keep it cool and comfortable year-round. For us, it’s a blessing — for your horse, it’s home.
Our Wash-bay
Our wash bay was designed with horses — and handlers — in mind. Fully matted for safety and comfort, with an overhead hose system so your horse never has to stand on or step over lines. Add in excellent drainage and plenty of space, and it becomes a calm, stress-free spot for rinsing off after a ride. Practical, clean, and built to make every wash day easier for both of you.
Our Solarium
Step into our solarium and you’ll see why it’s a game-changer. Infrared heat panels work deep into muscle and joints, helping to warm up horses before work and speed up recovery after. That means looser muscles, less stiffness, and faster turnaround between training days. It also helps with coat condition, circulation, and keeping horses relaxed and calm. Our tack room is more than storage — it’s peace of mind. Fully secure, alarmed, and monitored by estate security 24/7, so your saddles, bridles, and gear are protected around the clock. Spacious, well-lit, and organized, it gives every rider their own space while keeping everything safe. You focus on the ride, we’ll handle the security.
Our Santorini Jumping Arena
Our 70m x 30m jumping arena is built for serious training and confident riding. Premium river sand footing gives you the perfect balance of cushion and grip, and our sprinkler system keeps it consistent and dust-free year-round. Add in full equipment — jumps, wings, fillers, the works — plus rakes ready for grooming, and you’ve got a space that’s always ride-ready. Whether you’re schooling basics or tackling courses, it’s a safe, professional arena where you and your horse can focus on the job.
Our Sonar Signal Dressage Arena
Our full size dressage arena is a rider’s dream. Premium river sand footing gives you consistent, forgiving support for every transition, circle, and movement. Set up with official letters, it’s ready for schooling, tests, or just precision work whenever you are.
